Ailing widow lady needs assistance. First priority - repair the roof. Approx 2200 sf of roof surface. Several large weak spots, one failed and sunk in: large hole for water entry (7'x7'). Locate weak areas, remove shingles, replace damaged roof joists / rafters, replace decking. Repair perimeter joists and decking (2x6's, plywood). Replace damaged facia (trim) boards. Reshingle entire roof by laying new layer over old (try to match reddish-brown color). Replace damaged exterior siding in several places (and insulation behind siding). With siding off, jack up floor on south side (at kitchen), replace any damaged floor joists and add blocking. Replace any rotted window trims or sills. Replumb PVC and insulate on south side. Scrape off old paint. Spray paint house (primer first, blue topcoat). Repair soft spot in bathroom floor (new floor joists and plywood), make it flush with rest of floor, and lay new 8'x10' piece of linoleum on floor. Replace damaged ceiling sheetrock in bathroom, tape and bed, repaint ceiling white. Replace damaged ceiling sheetrock in back den (about 3-4 pieces), tape and bed, repaint ceiling white. Put new ceiling light fixture in (bare wires hanging).
