Elderly couple in far east Sherman have a roof leak in a valley just below the fireplace flashing. Been patched before, but still leaking. Roof is almost 20 yrs old, but still in decent condition. Need to remove and replace the shingles in this valley area.  Maybe 15’ x 15’ area.

Husband did all house repairs for year, but in poor health now (respiratory problems).  Could probably help with the cost of the roofing materials, but limited income.  Need someone very experienced with roofing to lead this job, as fitting new shingles into place under existing shingles is not easy to do.  Sheetrock damage in ceiling (in kitchen area) not as high a priority, but they might need help with this, too, after the roof leak is fixed.
