Senior man in north Denison with disability (heart condition) has double-wide mobile home that needs some roof trim and soffit boards replaced, as well as painted (base and trim).  He cannot do the work himself, but has a few family members that could help.  He can’t afford the materials at this time.

Not health-threatening, but home will suffer further deterioration if damaged wood is not replaced and painting restored soon.  Home is 28’ x 56’ and averages approximately 9‘ tall (wood portion).  Should not take too much trim or soffit to make repairs.  Local retail supplier may donate.
