Senior lady had a plumbing leak repaired under her driveway, and the plumbers had to bust a hole in the concrete to get to it.  About 2’ x 5’ x 1.5’ deep.  If a couple of men could repair it for her, would sure save her some $$.

Needs 10 cf (75 gal) of sand to cover plumbing and level out the hole.  About 4 sticks of 3/8” rebar wired into the existing rebar, installed above the sand base.  Then about 5 cf (0.2 yds) of concrete (Sackcrete) mixed up and poured on top of the sand.  Then some washed colored gravel (3/4” smooth rock) scattered on top and pushed into the cement (to match the existing surface).

Nothing health-threatening about this needed repair, but she is not able to use this part of her driveway until this has been fixed.
