Elderly widow lady in southeast Sherman in older house that needs leveling. The floor is sagging badly in the front den (by front door), back bedroom, and other areas of the house. Will require house leveling expertise, and likely carpentry and maybe plumbing skills for follow-up repairs (after leveling is done). Appears to be very little room under the house, to access may not be possible (under house). May have to removing flooring and level from inside. Very likely quite a bit of major work involved.

House was leveled in early 1980’s, along with some electrical and other structural work. Roof appears to be in good condition. Siding also in good shape. Will need scraping and painting soon. Uneven, sagging floor causing door problems, weatherstripping and seal problems, and some difficulties for her walking around in her home.
